A new phone, the same kind

Your progress comes with you by itself: iPhone and iPad keep a copy in your iCloud, Android in Google Play Games. Open NineLands on the new phone and Nino says “Welcome back”.

Moving between iPhone and Android

On your old phone, open Settings → Your progress code. On the new one, Settings → Link another phone, and type the code in. You keep the best of both.

Playing on two phones or an iPad

Link them with your progress code and play on any of them. Each keeps up with the others, and no coin is lost or counted twice.

I lost my phone

If your new phone is the same kind, your progress comes back by itself. If not, type in your progress code. Without the code there’s no way to find your progress, so keep it safe or save a picture of it.

Deleting my saved copy

Settings → Your progress → Delete my saved copy forgets the copy kept under your code straight away. The progress on your phone stays.

Something looks wrong

Write to us with what happened and the version line at the foot of Settings (for example 1.0.0 · build 3).
